Booking terms

The short version: fixed prices, nothing to pay until the clean is done, free changes with 24 hours’ notice, and we come back if anything is not right.

Prices

Our prices are fixed by oven type and shown on the site: single oven £89, double oven £119, range cooker £149, AGA £179. Extras such as a hob, extractor hood or microwave are quoted before the visit, from a photo.

Booking

You ask for a time through the website or on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed when we confirm it on WhatsApp.

On the day

• Someone aged 18 or over needs to be home to let us in.
• Please switch the oven off a couple of hours before, or an AGA the evening before, so it is cool.
• Before we start, we check the oven with you and photograph it. We tell you about any existing chips, worn seals or cracked glass before we touch it.

Changes and cancellations

You can move or cancel a booking free of charge if you tell us at least 24 hours before.

Payment

You pay after the clean, by bank transfer or cash. We never ask for card details on this site.

Our put-it-right promise

If anything is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and put it right, free.

Photos

We take before-and-after photos for your record. We only use photos of your oven on our website or social media with your permission.
