Rack & Glass is run by Oleh Morshna, a sole trader in London. If you have a question about your details, write to rackglass@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you ask for an oven clean we keep what you type into the booking form: your name, mobile number, postcode, first line of address, the oven you chose, the time you asked for and any note you add. If you message us on WhatsApp, we also have that conversation.
Why we use it
- To confirm the booking, come to your home and do the clean.
- To send you a reminder or a question about the job.
- To keep a simple record of the job for our accounts and for any complaint.
The legal basis is that you asked us to do the job (a contract), and for our records, our legal duty to keep accounts. We do not send marketing unless you say yes, and you can say stop at any time.
Who sees it
Only the people who run and do the work for Rack & Glass. A booking you send on this website goes into our private booking system, which runs on Cloudflare's servers, and we get a copy by email at our Gmail address (Gmail is run by Google). If you message us on WhatsApp (run by Meta), that conversation stays in WhatsApp. We never sell your details.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for six years because of tax rules. Requests that never became a job are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Write to rackglass@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
